Ascension Protective Services, Inc. was founded by an experienced law enforcement administrator with a demonstrated history of working in local government and the security industry. Skilled in law enforcement, dignitary protection, event planning and management, and over a decade of experience in security and operations for high profile events that draw national and international attention. Ascension provides risk assessment and threat analysis services, executive and key employee protection, investigative services, surveillance, travel and logistical management services, and emergency coordination and crisis management services to corporate clients. Ascension also provides guard services and traffic control for your event, corporation, or small business. Michelle Dierdorff V.P., Operations

Jason Dierdorff founded Ascension Protective Services, Inc. with the vision of becoming the leading provider of security services in the industry by delivering exceptional quality and value to our clients. Dierdorff brings with him 30 years of public safety experience and over 15 years working in the security industry. Dierdorff is currently a Deputy Police Chief in Indiana and has spent most of his career overseeing investigations, event planning, and operations. Dierdorff is a graduate of the FBI National Academy and received his cum laude B.S. in Criminal Justice from Indiana Wesleyan University.

Michelle Dierdorff V.P., Operations

Michelle Dierdorff has a long history in sales, spending a portion of her career working for a global employment website. In addition to the day-to-day operations of the company, Michelle oversees our Human Resources Department. Michelle has an incredible way with people and makes a positive impression when interacting with the rest of our team. Michelle retired from a technology position with Wayne Township Schools in Indianapolis, IN prior to accepting her role with Ascension Protective Services, Inc.
